Meet Dr. Trpkova
Dr. Biljana Trpkova completed her D.D.S. degree at the University of Skopie in Macedonia in 1989 and her orthodontic training with a Master of Science (MSc) degree at the University of Alberta in Edmonton in 2001. Dr. Trpkova has also completed a TMD residency at the University of Alberta Dental Faculty from 1996-1998. The name of her practice is InLine Orthodontics.
Dr. Trpkova has been practicing as an orthodontist in Calgary South West since 2001. She is Invisalign certified.
She is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Canadian Association of Orthodontists, Alberta Society of Orthodontists, Canadian Dental Association and Alberta Society of Dental Specialists. She is currently serving as President of the Alberta Society of Orthodontists.
She attends ongoing continuing education courses, conferences and seminars to be up-to-date with the most current advances in orthodontics. She has published her scientific work in the prestigeous Angle Orthodontist and the American Journal of Orthodontists and Dentofacial Orthopedics.
Dr. Trpkova is a native of Skopje, Macedonia, lived in Edmonton, Canada from 1993-2000 and since then has lived in Calgary, Canada with her husband Kiril, Cvetan (son, 18), and Bistra (daughter, 15).
She enjoys downhill skiing, roller blading, fitness classes, yoga, cooking, and watching movies with her family.
